Tello Films, a popular lesbian network is premiering a new sapphic Christmas film this festive season. The Holiday Club sees a lonely woman look for love in all the wrong places after she moves to a small town in Ohio.Â
Premiering on 19 November, the film stars Alexandra Swarens, who plays Bailey, and Mak Shelley, playing Sam. When Bailey delivers pastries to computer programmer and town newcomer Sam the two bond over baked goods and a shared dislike of every holiday. Over the course of a year, the two grow closer.
The Holiday Club is one of several films showing on Tello as part of the festive season. They will also be showing City Of Trees and Looking For Her, two more Alexandra Swarens starrers, alongside Season Of Love, starring Wynonna Earp’s Dominique Provost-Chalkley.Â
These films can be rented from Tello as part of a special seven-pack for 30 days. Alternatively, The Holiday Club can be purchased as a standalone film. Pre-orders open 1 November.
Tello Films produces and distributes sapphic films and has the largest collection of lesbian holiday rom-coms of any platform.Â
